- It's capable of receiving characters sent by the serial port, and display them with an interval of 2 milliseconds minimum, in 8 pins output represented in a binary logic levels (0 to 5VDC).
- It's able to obtain 8 logic levels(0-5VDC), supplied of 8 pins input. The data are get and sent to the serial port every 100 milliseconds minimum.
